“La cultura organizacional analizada a partir la teoría de los sistemas sociales autopoiéticos de Niklas Luhmann”

El amplio recurso conceptual que Luhmann aporta a través de la teoría de sistemas sociales, permite situar a la sociedad contemporánea en un concepto abstracto formado por diversos sistemas funcionales, dicho recurso conceptual es empleado en el presente ensayo para ubicar y comprender a la cultura en el contexto organizacional del sector productivo de bienes y servicios, lo anterior se realizo por medio del acoplamiento entre sistema social organización, sistema parcial cultura y sistemas síquicos, que a través de la comunicación, influyen en la estructura que condiciona la autopoiésis, provocando transformaciones en el mismo sistema.
