Abstract

The objective of this work is to know and to determine the major factors that had caused the lack of competitiveness in the electronics industry for the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara (ZMG) from an approach of the theory based on the resources. Through an exploratory method shall be determined which are the variables that most impact on the competitiveness of the skilled labor. The factor endowments of a country are the key to the generation of competitive advantages.
