LA IMPORTANCIA DE ESTUDIAR LOS FACTORES PSICOLÓGICOS EN LA FIJACIÓN E IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA ESTRATEGIA EMPRESARIAL

El objetivo del presente estudio es verificar la importancia de los factores psicológicos que no siempre son tomados en cuenta por parte de los miembros del equipo de alta dirección y que tienen una trascendental importancia en la implantación de la estrategia empresarial. El resultado del estudio muestra que para el equipo de alta dirección en el pasado siempre ha existido una mayor preocupación por la elaboración de la estrategia pero que en la actualidad están surgiendo nuevos estudios que dejan en evidencia la importancia de los factores psicológicos en las grandes empresas Chilenas que participan en los mercados de alta competitividad y por tanto deben gestionar la implantación de la estrategia que ellos elaboran pero que debe ser tomada en cuenta por todos los miembros de la empresa.
