Abstract

This article entitled Discount coupon platform for the wine sector installed in the South of Peru. It shows the following conclusions: It was possible to implement a product catalog, establish prices adjusted to the market and establish the discount percentage of coupons (10%, 20% and 50%), for the southern zone of Peru. 85.7% of them had had the experience of using coupons, as well as 100% of users who wanted to acquire more coupons for their benefit.

The digital platform "MiCupón" was designed, where you can purchase products with discounts according to the coupon applied to the purchase. Having 71.4% who support usability and 57% favorably mention the practicality of the platform. Without forgetting that 71.4% affirm that the platform is friendly.

The conditions and strategies were established to retain loyalty through the number of coupons, the term to use them and benefit the referrals. Which is accompanied by the acceptance of 85.7% with respect to the products offered.

The type of applied research is according to the means of obtaining data and applying what has been developed, the level of research is descriptive which will focus on the analysis of data and information according to the results generated, from the application and use of the program implemented in the Discount Coupon Platform for the wine sector. The research will seek to gather information through the use of the digital platform as a test, being seven (07) users who at the end of their experience will answer a survey of nine (09) questions.
